At the Biblioteca Civica "F.C. Rossi" in Cairo Montenotte, at Palazzo Scaramipi, on Saturday 14 November the workshop "I mandala delle emozioni" takes place. The meeting starts from drawing a mandala to get closer to one's emotions: every stroke becomes a way to talk about oneself.
