39th Mostra dall'A alla Zucca - All About Cucurbits
- Exhibition
Murta, Genova (via Antonietta Massuccone Mazzini, piazza alla Chiesa di Murta, via Doge Giovanni da Murta)
Organised by Comune di Genova
In Murta, a hillside hamlet of Genoa, the 39th Mostra dall'A alla Zucca returns from 7 to 15 November 2026, dedicated to cucurbits. Along the streets and the square around the church of Murta there will be the pumpkin exhibition, with specimens of every shape and size, themed displays and in-depth features. The event was created to showcase pumpkins—big or beautiful, long or strange—and to raise awareness of the variety of this vegetable; over the years it has become a regular appointment for the neighbourhood and for those passing through Murta in autumn. The 2026 edition takes place over the two weekends of 7-8 and 14-15 November, with competitions, side events and food stands. The event is promoted by the Comune di Genova.
From 7 to 15 November, temporary changes to traffic and parking are planned in via Antonietta Massuccone Mazzini, piazza alla Chiesa di Murta and via Doge Giovanni da Murta. Event website: murtaezucche.it
