On September 26, FitnessWalk® returns to the seafront of Imperia: a group fitness walk starting from Piazza Nino Bixio, next to the playground. The initiative is open to everyone and combines outdoor exercise with socializing, adapting to different fitness levels. The route follows the coast, taking advantage of the flat seafront path for a dynamic walking session, without a competitive spirit but with a pace that helps keep you active. The maritime scenery provides the backdrop for an afternoon of well-being.
