Memorial exhibition "Guido Costa il mago"
Museo Nazionale del Ciclismo "Adriano Cuffini", Via dei Pioppi 10, La Spezia
Organised by Associazione Sportiva Loreli ASD
The exhibition "Guido Costa il mago" pays tribute to the technical commissioner of the Italian national track cycling team, who died in 1999, fifty years after the end of his tenure in 1976. Photographs, newspaper clippings and videos retrace the career of a coach who led the team for over a quarter of a century, training and selecting the riders of Italian track cycling. The title takes up the nickname that the Italian and foreign press had given him, "Il Mago" (The Wizard), for the results he achieved with his track cyclists. The exhibition is set up at the Museo Nazionale del Ciclismo "Adriano Cuffini" in La Spezia, at Via dei Pioppi 10, and is organised by Associazione Sportiva Loreli ASD with Societa' Ciclistica Levanto. Admission is free.
Open from 12 November 2026 to 12 February 2027 Opening hours: Monday to Friday 10:00-12:30, or by appointment Free admission
