Il concorso è rivolto a pianisti di ogni nazionalità e prevede l'esecuzione di un repertorio di produzione per pianoforte degli ultimi 100 anni, un brano d'obbligo (una composizione inedita commissionata per l'occasione) e un colloquio con una giuria di alto profilo. Le due giornate si svolgono presso l'Auditorium delle Clarisse.
