L'edizione 2026 si svolge a Rapallo, nella frazione di San Michele di Pagana, con gli storici gozzi in legno da 22 palmi costruiti nel 1973 dal cantiere A. Moltedo. La manifestazione prevede la presentazione degli equipaggi in costume d'epoca, dei gonfaloni dei Comuni del Tigullio e delle autorità amministrative, seguita dalla gara e dalla cerimonia di premiazione. L'equipaggio vincitore si fregia del nuovo Labaro ricostruito in base a quello storico usato fino al 1955.
