Portofino Talks is a nationally relevant event sponsored by the Region of Liguria and the Municipality of Portofino, taking place in Portofino on September 18 and 19, 2026. The initiative includes meetings and debates with prominent guests, addressing current and cultural topics in a prestigious setting. To ensure safe conduct, the municipality has issued an ordinance prohibiting parking with forced removal in some areas of Piazza Libertà, with particular reference to zones R1, R2, R3 and M1, on the days of the event.

Santa in Giallo – Festival del Giallo

From 19 to 27 September 2026, Santa Margherita Ligure hosts the second edition of Santa in Giallo, the literary festival dedicated to noir, mystery and investigative fiction. Nine days of meetings with authors, presentations and a national literary competition, with widespread events involving accommodation facilities, businesses and the city fabric. The full program is being defined and will be communicated by the organizers on the festival's official channels. Among the fixed appointments, on Sunday 27 September, Santa in Giallo Junior will take place, a day dedicated to families and children with magic tricks, investigative workshops and book signings.
